So the poll has been tied between this set and Wonder Woman, but this set was one vote ahead when I went to post today. 

This set is from ConBravo 2013, I've already posted a set with this cosplay, but I really love these shots Burditt-Photography took 

I didn't edit the eyes to red, so enjoy the Rei with natural colored eyes XD
