I had such a great time at Con-G this year, It's definitely been my favorite con to date! I'm sad that next year will be the last, but hopefully another con will replace it to fill the gap of Canadian cons in Feb. There were tons of amazing cosplayers, unfortunately I was too busy to take any pics of them. It was a very busy weekend, with barely any sleep lol

Friday started off very nicely with my Kenshin cosplay, it was so awesome to be able to finally have the whole cosplay come together. It was even more amazing to have and joining me with Kaoru and Sanosuke. Unfortunately we didn't get any group shots, as justjac was working at a friend's table in the dealer's room. The day started off with a shoot with Everage, we found a nice little hallway to get some shots in. The hotel didn't really have that many spots with good lighting, it was really difficult to shoot outside as well, as the weather was very cold and windy. We braved the cold for a little to get some shots, though!! Wandering around for a bit, we bumped into none other than Dr. Stevil, [link] and he did a little skit with Frinda, myself, and our new friend Daniel, filmed by . It was SO fun to do, and we got to chat with him for a little afterwards as well. He's such a funny guy, so fun to hang out with. Make sure to "like" his page. (and yes, i did the air quotes) I'll link the footage when he posts it, on my facebook page. After looking around the dealers room for a bit, we just hung out while Everage did shoots in the corner we bunkered down for the weekend lol. I had a HUGE fangirl moment when i saw carrying in her forest spirit cosplay, I kind of squeed when I saw her XDD We went out for food and came back to hang out some more. We played DDR for a bit then went home for the night. The night was filled with funny internet videos, American Dad, and many many good times. Ended up staying up until 2am, getting up for 8:30 am. I barely got any sleep because I was so excited for the con, but I was able to haul my ass out of bed for for day two!!

Saturday was a very long, and fun filled day. I was cosplaying Mrs Potts from Beauty and the Beast, as Frinda was cosplaying Belle. I was helping her get around for the day, her dress was so huge and poofy haha not to mention totally gorgeous!! Enough to win an award!! We'll get to that in a bit, though! The day started off again with shoots with Everage, then we walked around for a bit. We also did a shoot with in the fancy restaurant that was in the hotel. It was my first time shooting with him, he was really great, I can't wait to see the photos. I'm not really remembering a lot from the afternoon, lots of wandering around I guess XDD I DO remember actually getting to say hello to , she even gave me a hug, it was so amazing!! She is so super nice, be sure to go watch her page, she is one of the best cosplayers in my opinion, she should have WAY more watchers. It was also nice to get some alone time with Jamie, we snuck away and did some shoots upstairs, it was nice. After getting food, Frinda and I went to the green room, to get her all set for the Masquerade. I got to chat with SO many cool people in the green room, including and Kudrel, got to see an old friend, Ashley, and see all the awesome cosplays before they went on stage. I got kicked out before the show started, so i met up with the rest of our group and got front row seats to the masquerade. I happened to need to go to the bathroom while we were waiting in line, and met another amazing cosplayer in the bathroom (her name is Angelia, idn if she has a DA or not, if she does i'll put it in here when I find it). I have her on facebook, but had never had a chance to actually say hi to her in person, I just watched her from afar lol But we got to chat for a bit and it was totally awesome, she even showed me some of her cool contortionist tricks. Totally made my evening.

The masquerade itself was so amazing. It started off with a nice surprise visitors, the Daleks. They put on a nice little bit and peaced, it was cute. They exterminated the shit out of everyone ahhaha Anyways, there were so many good performances, i can't even begin to tell you guys how awesome they all were. Miss Frinda Frisk was amazing with her performance, i definitely welled up as i saw her gliding across the stage in her gown. -sniffle- The princess mononoke group also made me cry, as well as the code geass performance. I was just emotional, shut up!!! They were all just so beautiful, and when I see something that amazing I just cry, okay?! lol we left early so I could go congratulate frinda on her performance and get ready for the rave. We went and got changed into our outfits, which Frinda made for me, and did some quick shoots with Everage in the outfits. The rave was fun, we got to dance like crazy people, and they even played kpop, which was so awesome. Danced along to the parts that I could remember in the heat of the moment hahah

Sunday was another great day. Unfortunately Jamie had to work, but fortunately we were able to get a ride with my friend Paul, who was nice enough to lug us all up there for the day. He actually made a couple of vlogs from the weekend, I even did an interview with him, check it out on his Youtube channel: [link] make sure to subscribe as well, he comes with me to mostly all the conventions now, and plans on covering them in this manner. Be sure to like both the vlogs as well, to let him know you liked them =3  We had a teen titans group, with Frinda as Starfire, asche-cloudbreaker as Nightwing, JustJac as Raven, our friend T as Beast Boy, and Myself as Terra. We got lots of awesome shots with Everage, even did a cute little teen titans girl party shots, which I know everyone will love. The TT shoots were definitely the most fun of the weekend, we were fooling around so much. We ended up getting interviewed as a group and got lots of requests for pictures, I would say it was the most popular of our cosplays of the weekend (other then Frinda's Belle, of course!) We played more DDR and hung out for a bit before Frinda had to leave, as her shoes were killing her. There wasn't really much going on by the late afternoon so we mostly just hung out while Everage finished his shoots. I got the chance to chat with both the very lovely and , two more great cosplayers you should watch. Speaking of which, everyone I mentioned here today deserves a watch, you'd be the best person in the world if you watched them ALL!
